About
The Utica Church of Christ is open to worshippers of all ages and backgrounds. We view the Bible as God's inspired Word to mankind and take a generally conservative approach in how to interpret and apply those words.

Churches of Christ in the United States are a part of a unity movement started in the 19th century called the restoration movement. The ideals and goals of those people were to strip away denominational creeds and divisions and be known as Christians only. Therefore, "Church of Christ" is not meant to be a name of a church but a generic description - we are a group of people gathering in the name of Christ.

Though the history of churches of Christ is not perfect and we haven't achieved those lofty unifying goals, The Utica Chruch of Christ still strives to live and operate with Christian unity as a priority.

Our Mission
Well Rounded Disciples
At Utica Church of Christ, we pursue the Glory of God through worship, education, ministry, and evangelism. We strive to connect with Jesus Christ and to each other, in order to magnify His name. At the heart of everything we do is the understanding that we must love God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind, and to treat our neighbors as we wish to be treated ourselves.
What We Believe
We believe there is one true God, the God of the Bible: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
We believe that God is love. He cares for humanity as a whole and each of us individually.
We believe that our sin separates us from God. That separation is only repaired because of God's gracious gift of Jesus. People must believe this is true and believe in Jesus' power to save and respond in obedience.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God. It informs our beliefs and guides our actions.
